Ingredients
1 oz Adrift Distillers Vodka
1 oz Adrift Distillers Rhubarb Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz honey simple syrup
1 oz sparkling wine (to finish)
Combine ingredients in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with edible flower.

Aggressively shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass, float three espresso beans.
