Cucumber Gimlet
Ingredients
2 oz Adrift Distillers Gin
1 oz cucumber juice
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
Combine ingredients in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with fresh mint.
