Ingredients
1 oz Adrift Distillers Vodka
1 oz Adrift Distillers Rhubarb Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz honey simple syrup
1 oz sparkling wine (to finish)
Combine ingredients in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with edible flower.

1 oz Campari
1 oz lime
Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a coupe.

.75 oz Adrift Distillers Rhubarb + Elderflower Liqueur
4-6 dashes The Bitter Housewife Grapefruit Bitters
3-4 oz tonic water
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice.
Stir and garnish with the orange twist.

.5 oz Adrift Distillers Rhubarb + Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz Aperol
Stir and strain into a chilled rocks glass, garnish with lemon twist.
