Moonshine Mojito

Ingredients
2 oz Adrift Distillers White Whiskey
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
8 – 10 mint leaves, shredded

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously to break up the mint leaves until chilled and single strain into a rocks glass w/ fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig.

1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz Honey Simple Syrup

Build in a copper mug, fill with ice, top with ginger beer.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Adrift Distillers White Whiskey
.75 oz Dolin Blanc
.25 oz Absinthe
2 ds cardamom bitters

Stir and strain into coupe. Express orange peel over cocktail and garnish w/ peel.
