Rhubarb Elderflower Liqueur
An abundant summertime crop, rhubarb is grown all over the Long Beach Peninsula and surrounding areas both in residential gardens and small farms serving our community. Though not native to the area, this perennial grows exceptionally well and its tart stalks have found their way into both sweet and savory expressions – from crisps and pies to jams, sauces, and even vinegar. We’ve created our Rhubarb Elderflower Liqueur with rhubarb sourced from local farms from the Pacific Northwest, including Willapa Heritage Farms in Long Beach, to bring this summer staple behind the bar. The sweet and fruity Elderflower complements the rhubarb’s tartness in this well balanced liqueur and is sure to inspire some delightful seasonal libations.

A tribute to the storied cranberry farms of the long beach peninsula and some farmers who dared to be different. Using all Pacific Northwest fruit, each sip is tart and true to the coastal cranberries that have sustained our agricultural industry for generations.
Using a unique blend of coffee beans, sourced and roasted specifically for Adrift Distillers our coffee liqueur was painstakingly crafted with help from Columbia River Coffee Roaster to bring out the best in the dark and medium roasts they’ve been producing for our properties for more than a decade.Now, those same exceptional beans form the heart of this medal-winning liqueur. The result? A rich, complex, and utterly unforgettable coffee liqueur that captures the magic Columbia River Coffee Roaster makes in every cup.
Inspired by traditional italian amari, this pacific northwest riff was inspired by a local herb garden and the diversity of botanicals our unique coastal environment can produce. Each savory sip evolves across the palate, bringing more complexity and intensity before the signature bitter amari finish.
Our attempt at capturing summer in a bottle, this seasonal release uses vibrant rhubarb grown on the shores of the Willapa Bay and our neighboring valleys. The addition of dried elderflower leaves bring our coastal forests into the final expression, offering some sweetness and mellowness to the bright and bitter rhubarb.
