Ingredients

2 oz. Adrift Distillers Triticale Whiskey
.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
.75 oz. honey-ginger syrup
1.5 oz. Islay single malt scotch, preferably Laphroaig 10 Year

Shake and strain into a rocks glass, garnish with candied ginger.
